Suzi Sweeny

Suzi Sweeny is an Assistant Property Manager with a mix of retail and office condo Association properties. Her prior experience was an APM role for a large Real Estate Investment Trust with retail locations throughout the Western United States. Managing these locations remotely, Suzi was able to utilize and refine her interpersonal and organizational skills.
Suzi excels in client/vendor/tenant relationships. Her pleasant nature and ability to handle any situation with grace and skill affords a positive experience for all. The skills developed through years of experience, combined with understanding of operations and budgets makes her an effective property assistant. Suzi has an amazing problem-solving ability and is an innate leader.
Suzi graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Art in Interior Design degree from the Art Institute of Phoenix. Aside from her career, Suzi enjoys spending 􀆟me with her family, attending her Crossfit gym, and relaxing when time affords.
