Erin Mickelson

Erin Mickelson is the Controller of Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Erin began her accounting career in hospitality, where she spent almost 10 years working for two of the biggest international hotel chains in Phoenix, AZ and Hollywood, CA. During her time at the hotels, she worked her way up from an accounts payable temp to Assistant Director of Finance.

Looking to try something new, she joined the Capital Asset Management family in 2018 as a Senior Accountant. Erin now leads the CAM accounting department, along with maintaining the CAM corporate financials and a portfolio of around 15 properties that include retail, office, and residential.

Erin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Outside of her career, Erin enjoys playing sand volleyball, international travel, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
