RYLIE NIKOLAUS

Rylie Nikolaus brings a strong background in finance and operations within the real estate development industry to her role at Capital Asset Management. As an Assistant Property Manager, she supports the management of retail and office properties throughout Arizona, working closely with senior property managers to ensure efficient operations and exceptional client service. Rylie is passionate about building lasting client relationships and takes pride in her ability to solve problems and meet diverse client needs.

She holds a degree in Finance from Oregon State University and began her career in the ski industry before transitioning into the corporate sector. Outside of work, Rylie enjoys trail running, mountain biking, skiing, and spending time outdoors.
