Morgan Bates

Morgan Bates is an Assistant Property Manager with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Prior to working at CAM, she was successful in the residential real estate market with experience closing mid-level to luxury properties. Wanting to develop her real estate portfolio further, Morgan decided it was time to experience the commercial aspect of real estate and became part of the CAM team in October of 2023.

Morgan’s role at CAM comprises of assisting in managing retail centers, office plazas, and associations across the Phoenix valley. She is a very driven individual with a flexible skill set that allows her to solve problems easily, and her communication skills allow her to excel in any work environment.

She graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree of science in Family Studies and Child Development and has plans to further her education in the future. When not engaged in work, Morgan enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. She loves Pilates, and a good happy hour!
