ERIN MICKELSON

Controller

Erin Mickelson is the Controller of Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Erin began her accounting career in hospitality, where she spent almost 10 years working for two of the biggest international hotel chains in Phoenix, AZ and Hollywood, CA. During her time at the hotels, she worked her way up from an accounts payable temp to Assistant Director of Finance. Looking to try something new, she joined the Capital Asset Management family in 2018 as a Senior Accountant. Erin now leads the CAM accounting department, along with maintaining the CAM corporate financials and a portfolio of around 15 properties that include retail, office, and residential. Erin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Outside of her career, Erin enjoys playing sand volleyball, international travel, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

MATT CRAY

Property Accountant

Matt is originally from Tucson, Arizona. Soon after graduating from Northern Arizona University, he started his career in Auditing. He quickly found out that his time in audit would be short lived! After leaving audit, he worked for a Blackstone portfolio called Biomed Realty as a corporate accountant. In this role he gained knowledge on property management accounting as well as treasury duties. Most recently he worked for a Department of Defense contractor as a senior accountant. During his time there he was responsible for all accounting duties. In his free time, he enjoys exploring all the restaurants Phoenix has to offer!

HEATHER D'ANTONIO

Property Accountant | MSA

Heather was born in Ohio but raised in Phoenix and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Accountancy and Keller Graduate School of Management with a Master’s in Accounting. Outside of her career, Heather loves being outdoors, taking her Jeep offroad and traveling, but mainly spending time with her husband and two sons.

ALLISON MONJE

Property Accountant

Property Accountant with over 3 years of CRE experience. She came from Cushman & Wakefield where she worked with several strategic clients on a variety of industrial, office and life science properties from Illinois to California. Allison is a graduate of Grand Canyon University in 2020 with a BS in Accounting. In her free time, she enjoys trying new coffee shops, going to concerts with friends & family, and reading.

DEVIN YOUNG

Property Accountant

Devin Young is a Property Accountant with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Devin joined CAM in February of 2022. Early in his career, he worked as an accountant for the biggest movie theatre company in the world. He then moved into the real estate industry where he worked as an accountant for many different commercial, retail, and industrial properties all over the west coast. Devin graduated from Drury University in 2018, where he played baseball while earning a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance. Outside of his profession, Devin enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing golf.

ELIANA MORAN

Property Accountant

Eliana is a Property Accountant at Capital Asset Management (CAM). Originally from Ecuador, she moved to the United States several years ago to further her education, earning a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Brigham Young University. She is currently working toward her MBA at Grand Canyon University. With over 10 years of experience in accounting, Eliana has worked across various sectors, including nonprofit organizations, hospitality, utility companies, and most recently, a commercial real estate lender, where she served as the corporate accountant overseeing all accounting functions. In her free time, Eliana enjoys road trips, hiking, and golfing.

CARSON PFAU

Junior Accountant

Carson joined Capital Asset Management in December 2023 as a Junior Accountant. She brings accounting and administrative experience, supporting the accounting team in a variety of capacities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintaining client financials, and more. Carson is from Tucson, AZ and received a bachelor’s in psychology at the University of Arizona. She has experience in a variety of industries, like Higher Education, Healthcare, and Finance. Carson is working on a second bachelor’s in accounting and plans to pursue a CPA after graduating. When she is not working, Carson spends time with her 2 children and enjoys any outdoor activity. She is an avid gym-goer and loves to play the piano, read, listen to podcasts, and eat great food.
