Melanie J. Baas

Melanie J. Baas has been in the Property Management industry since moving to Arizona from Grand Rapids, MI in 2004. While in Michigan, she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business. The knowledge she gained in school led her into the real estate world and before entering into commercial, she efficiently managed over 3,000 residential units within numerous communities and homeowners’ associations. Melanie is a licensed real estate agent and has a strong background in management, on-site property inspections and active communication.

Melanie is a Property Manager with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”) and excited to grow within the position and company. Her current job duties include managing retail centers, office plazas and associations, extending from the Phoenix area, up to Payson and Show Low.

When not concentrating on work, Melanie enjoys weekends at her cabin in the mountains, hiking and spending time with her 2 children, Sydnee & Kolby.
