Mary Visner is Vice President with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). She joined CAM in July 2023 with 23 years experience in the Phoenix Commercial Real Estate Market.
Mary is an experienced Property & Asset Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the commercial real estate industry. Skilled in Budgeting, Accounting, Working with Tenants, and Real Estate Economics. She is a strong real estate professional with a Bachelors of Arts focused in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Lewis Clark State College. Associates Degrees in Accounting and Business Management with a concentration in Banking and Finance from Northwood University. She holds the designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP); Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP).
She currently oversees a portfolio of retail properties located in Arizona and California. Over the past 23 years she has managed neighborhood strip centers to regional malls. Her present and past client list includes SyWest Development, Boyd Waterson Asset Management and TriGate Capital.
In her spare time Mary enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
