Kari Barker

Kari Barker is a Property Manager with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Prior to joining CAM, Kari was part of ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services (“ZELL”) which was acquired by CAM in late 2021.

She started her commercial real estate management career in 2005, and has managed shopping centers, Class A office properties and industrial projects. Kari has worked as the In-House property manager for owners of properties as well as providing third party management. These varied experiences enables her to approach an asset as a whole, with a clear understanding that value is created through each aspect of the operation. Her 17 years of experience within the industry allows her to keep the wants and needs of both tenants and property owners balanced.

Kari attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona and holds an Arizona Real Estate License. Kari enjoys hiking and volunteering in her spare time.
