Jerry Buzz Horden

Jerry Buzz Horden was born and raised in Las Vegas Nevada, the Horden family came to Las Vegas in 1905 for the first land auction in which they purchased numerous land parcels, the last of the families land holdings was sold in 2003, which was the middle section of a gaming establishment called the Pioneer Club, located on Fremont Street, under the Fremont Street Experience, notorious for its iconic character, “Vegas Vic”. He was Owner/Corporate Broker of Vegas Commercial/Residential Real Estate, Inc. He started my career in 1984 and I currently hold Real Estate Brokers Licenses and Property Management Licenses in several states.

He served as Director of Real Estate for Ken Templeton Realty and Investments, Inc. which specialized in Residential / Commercial Real Estate Investment, Development, Leasing and Property Management Residential/Commercial. He was in charge of the Commercial and Residential Land acquisitions and development department. Said department over saw all aspects of development, from Land acquisition to design, construction, leasing, stabilization, management and disposition. He supervised the Residential/Multi Family property management division which consist of a portfolio of senior apartments (Carefree Senior Living) and 100+ single family homes.

He established his own brokerage firm in 2000. His core business was the Residential /Commercial Management and Leasing with disposition and acquisition of Commercial properties along with Multi-Family and Residential homes development. He expanded my Real Estate business to be licensed in Nevada 1984, Arizona in 2003, Texas in 2008, and Hawaii 2021.

In 2002, he became the in-house broker for Green Street Properties doing development in Las Vegas, Arizona and Texas. The opportunity was presented to form a new brokerage firm in 2010. He formed Nevada Capital Asset Management with my business partners Rachelle Smith Strole and Aaron Strole, being the broker in charge of overseeing all commercial sales, leasing, property management and development. Nevada Capital Asset Management is officed in Las Vegas, Nevada with a sister company, Capital Asset Management located in Arizona.


He has personally sold well over $900 Million Dollars of Commercial Developments, Retail, Office, Multi-Family and Residential. The developments range from single family homes to single tenant investments to power investment grade shopping centers.
