Jennifer McCaughan
Senior Property Manager
Jennifer McCaughan is a Senior Property Manager with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). She joined CAM in February of 2024 and has more than 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining CAM, Jennifer worked in San Francisco on a portfolio of Class A assets which consisted of primarily office and life science lab space for sophisticated national companies and clients. Jennifer’s approach to property management is to strive for the highest level of customer service and a clear open line of communication with both clients and tenants.
Jennifer graduated from Saint Mary’s College of CA. Outside of work Jennifer enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family which includes her two dogs Jax and Riley.
