Estrella Diaz

Estrella Diaz is an Assistant Property Manager with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Prior to working at CAM, she was successful in multifamily property management, with experience in portfolios consisting of lease-up, garden-style, high-rise, and tax-credit properties. Looking to develop her experience and interest in property management further, Estrella sought to expand her knowledge and apply her experience to the commercial aspect of property management. Estrella became part of the CAM team in July 2023.

Estrella’s role at CAM comprises of assisting multiple managers with a diverse range of assets from retail to office spaces, overseeing executive suites, and maintaining day-to-day administration and coordination. Estrella is committed to developing her skillset and providing friendly and professional assistance to CAM’s clients and tenants.

Estrella is finishing her degree at Arizona State University where she is studying Psychology and Business Administration. In addition, she is currently in progress of earning her real estate license. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the nature of Arizona, traveling, and finding new restaurants and hotspots around the city.
