Emily Shaw
Director of Operations
Emily Shaw is Director of Operations at Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). After working several years in wine and liquor sales, she joined the CAM team in February 2017 where she has grown to learn the ins and outs of commercial real estate accounting.
Emily has been heavily involved with some of CAM’s largest property management ventures including the expansion into apartment and hotel management, many of the company’s advances in technology, and the acquisition of Zell Commercial Real Estate Services.
Born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ, Emily is a licensed real estate agent and earned her bachelor’s degree with concentrations in Design and Communication from Arizona State University. While working as a full-time accountant at CAM, she graduated in June 2021 with a Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Grand Canyon University, where she ended with a cumulative GPA of 3.8. Emily enjoys yoga and spends most of her free time with family and a close-knit group of friends. She and her husband keep busy with their daughter Lily born in February 2021, silver Labrador Hazel and are excited for the newest addition, another little girl due July 2022.
