Eliot Stedman

Eliot Stedman is a Property Manager with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Prior to joining CAM, Mr. Stedman was a property manager with ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., for nearly 15 years, and previously acted as designated broker for Preferred Realty Advisors, Inc.. He supervised all property management operations in Arizona and Las Vegas.
Eliot has more than 25 years of diversified property management experience. At present, Mr. Stedman manages the operations of retail shopping centers in the metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona area. Some of his responsibilities include the preparation of operating and capital budgets, monitoring monthly financial statements, coordinating lease renewals, actively enhancing tenant relations and emphasizing tenant retention and generally supervising day-to-day management operations.
Eliot began his career in property management with Sulzberger-Rolfe, Inc., in New York City, and subsequently has worked with Insignia/ESG, Inc., and Kimco Realty Corporation. Over the years, and today, he enjoys relationships and working with both institutional and private property owners.
Eliot received his Bachelor’s Degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and his Master’s Degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Eliot holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license and received his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 1995. He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is also an associate member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors. Eliot enjoys working out at the gym every morning, travelling to new locations around the West and various sporting events, particularly the PGA & Phoenix Suns.
