ANISSA MARTINEZ

Anissa Martinez is an Assistant Property Manager and Executive Suites Manager, supporting the oversight of a diverse portfolio of commercial property types—including retail, office, executive suites, industrial-flex, and business associations. Her responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, assisting in owner meetings, managing tenant relations, overseeing vendor performance, and ensuring each property operates with excellence.

Anissa earned her degree in Global Management from Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management, with a concentration in global finance, business, and culture. She obtained her Arizona real estate license in 2020 at the age of 19, demonstrating early initiative and a strong commitment to the industry.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Anissa enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She also contributes her marketing and finance expertise to an international firm and remains deeply involved in her family’s contracting and development business—further enriching her perspective on real estate through both managerial and ownership perspectives.
