Amanda Martin

Amanda Martin is an Assistant Property Manager for our “Off 16th” Executive Suites in Phoenix, AZ. Her duties include managing and leasing professional office space while also overseeing assigned projects related to enhancing the property and the company; as a whole.

Amanda is a self-starter, creative in nature with a flexible skill set enabling her to provide timely solutions to a variety of tasks. She quickly rises to any challenge using her positive attitude and process-oriented communication skills to provide trusted results. With her experience in leadership, building strong relationships and providing effective communication she maintains an impeccable reputation with her peers.

She is enthusiastic about the growth and success of Capital Asset Management (“CAM”) and looks forward to helping meet the upcoming needs that will accompany growth. Amanda is pursuing her degree in Business Fundamentals at The University of Phoenix while continuing to advance in her career at CAM. When not engaged in work and school, Amanda enjoys spending time with her friends and family and can likely be found hiking and camping in the many different climates Arizona has to offer.
