Vickie Kuchinski

Vickie Kuchinski is a Property Manager with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Prior to joining CAM, Vickie was part of ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services (“ZELL”) which was acquired by CAM in late 2021. During Vickie’s 14 years’ experience at ZELL, she supported two Property Managers in all aspects of property management with a portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet and has recently been promoted to Property Manager for CAM.

Since moving from Illinois to Arizona in 1992, she has worked in the real estate industry with 20+ years of experience in commercial property management. Vickie holds an Arizona Real Estate License and is a certified yoga instructor. She enjoys hiking, practicing yoga and meditation and spending time with family & friends.
