Rachael Krueger

Rachael Krueger is an Assistant Property Manager with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). She joined the CAM team in 2018. Rachael’s duties include assistance with property management administration, tenant correspondence, accounts payable coordination, and executive suites support. Commercial real estate was a new realm for Rachael only having had occupations in the medical field prior to this, but she grew to love the industry in addition to the hardworking team at CAM.

Rachael was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and graduate of Phoenix College. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, her favorite is the bible, and going to church. She also enjoys the outdoors whether it be in the woods camping or in her backyard enjoying beautiful weather. Rachael is beyond thankful to be a part of the CAM team and looks forward to many more years in the industry.
