Marcela Felix

Marcela Felix serves on the Capital Asset Management (“CAM”) team as an Assistant Property Manager for office and retail spaces around the Phoenix area. Her current job duties include assisting in managing retail centers, office plazas and associations, extending from the Phoenix area, up to Payson and Show Low. She has worked in the industry for over 7 years and is passionate about Real Estate.

Prior to working at CAM, she worked with CBRE and Kimco. Marcela is a licensed real estate agent and has a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from The Art Institute. She is also a yoga certified instructor and enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring the city with her family and friends.
