Kristi Thomas

Kristi Thomas is an Assistant Property Manager with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). She joined Capital Asset Management in 2022. Prior to joining the CAM team, she managed residential/multi-family units, homeowner associations, as well as medical office buildings. Kristi loves the real estate industry and is ecstatic for the opportunity to grow her career with CAM.

Kristi is a Bay Area native that made her way to the Valley to attend Arizona State University. In 2012, she obtained her degree in Business and International Studies. In her spare time, she enjoys seeking out adventure with her 2 little girls, soaking up some sun (typically on a hiking trail or at the beach), and of course a good charcuterie board.
