DANIELLE VERHEYE

Danielle Verheye is a Property Manager at Capital Asset Management, bringing over a decade of experience in managing Class A commercial office and retail properties. Originally based in Los Angeles, she also has a strong background in overseeing medical office buildings and is adept at working with a diverse tenant base. Danielle is excited to apply her extensive expertise to her current portfolio with CAM.

Her portfolio includes commercial, retail, and industrial flex properties. She is responsible for day-to-day operations, tenant and vendor relations, capital and tenant improvements, and financial management. Danielle is committed to ensuring lease compliance and maintaining the highest standards in property upkeep.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Iowa State University and is currently pursuing her Arizona real estate license. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
