Stephen Herman is a partner with Capital Development Group (“CDG”), the development arm of Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Stephen brings over 18 years of experience in acquisitions and development, having led teams on a variety of projects spanning multiple product types. He’s been involved in the sale and development of over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate product predominately focused on horizontal apartments, shopping malls, power centers, neighborhood retail centers, and land.

Prior to launching Capital Development Group, Stephen worked for Macerich (NYSE: MAC) where he was involved in the development of several high-profile projects including San Tan Regional Mall, Scottsdale Fashion Square Expansion, and the Borgata.

Stephen attended the University of Arizona where he dual majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and then went on to obtain an MBA from the University of Colorado.
