Natalie is an Associate with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Before being acquired by CAM in late 2021, Natalie worked for ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services (“ZELL”). Being a native to Phoenix, Natalie has a strong understanding of the real estate trends throughout the metropolitan area. Natalie concentrates her efforts in retail and office property leasing, tenant representation as well as investment sales. Natalie is very organized, and she prides herself on her ability to communicate with all parties in a transaction as well as her ability to tailor her style to that which best suites her client’s needs. She is committed to helping her clients achieve and exceed their goals through her excellent negotiating skills, impeccable follow-up and communication. Natalie seeks to create long term relationships with each party she deals with, whether it is with a multi-property owner client or a small independent business owner.

Natalie attended Greenway High School and later continued her education and athletic career as a scholarship softball player, initially at Phoenix College and then at Barry University in Miami, Florida. Natalie holds a bachelor’s in Business and Finance. Natalie resides in Phoenix with her husband and three children.
