Jason Hersker is a Partner with Capital Development Group, and Executive Vice President with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”), the parent company. He brings over 18 years of experience and specializes in acquisitions and development in the Southwest, covering a wide range of product types, including retail, multifamily and BFR/BTR. As an established expert and trusted consultant with a proven track record of success, Jason uses his comprehensive market knowledge and property analytics to provide clients with real estate strategies and solutions. He has delivered over 400 leases, completed over $200 Million in commercial sales and developed over 500 thousand square feet of commercial product since joining CAM in 2009.

Jason also draws from his 4 years of experience with WestStone Communities, a mid-rise and high-rise residential condo developer based in Vancouver and Phoenix. He has projected his valuable insight and residential trade relationships into scaling the company’s BFR/BTR portfolio.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona. In addition to work and travel, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Shannon, two children, Brayden and Sienna, and two Sheepadoodles, Guinness and Porter.
