Eileen Baston joined Capital Asset Management as a Senior Associate, bringing over 25 years of experience, starting her career in journalism, where she worked as a writer across various platforms, news media, and luxury and lifestyle magazines. She also appeared regularly on Arizona television news, hosting lifestyle segments, and spent several years in public relations, working in the tech sector and with nationwide luxury hospitality brands. Born in Santiago, Chile, and having lived across South America, the Middle East, and Europe, Eileen made Arizona her home in 1992 to attend college. She earned her Master’s degree in Journalism from Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

In 2014, Eileen transitioned into commercial real estate, drawn by her love of building relationships and the dynamic nature of the industry. She quickly fell in love with the business and has since specialized in landlord and tenant representation and business development across office, industrial, and retail sectors. Her expertise includes strategic site selection for national chains and large-scale relocations. She also brings experience in property management, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of ownership priorities and day-to-day operations.
