Cecelia Martinez is the Senior Graphic Designer with Capital Asset Management (“CAM”). Prior to joining CAM, Cecelia was part of ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services (“ZELL”) which was acquired by CAM in late 2021. During her 4 years at ZELL, she drove the marketing efforts for the brokerage team and property managers which included creating and updating marketing materials, e-blasts, social media and website updates, market research, retail property tour packages, and proposals for new business.

Cecelia holds an Associates Degree in Visual Communications and possesses strong graphic design skills along with a working knowledge of the retail real estate industry. She provides an invaluable service to our brokers and the entire CAM team with her abilities in research, communications, photography, marketing, and creation of marketing materials. Outside of her profession, Cecelia enjoys photography, movies, reading, spending time with family and her pups Pepper & Rooni.
